Why don't the Democrats just call the Republicans Borrow and Spend Elitists...
Edited on Thu Jul-10-08 01:44 PM by WCGreen
'Cause isn't that what they really are?

We could also dub them The Party of Fiscal Irresponsibility.

Or this, the Bankrupt Our Future Party.

Or maybe just this; Fuck it, let the grandkids pay....

Why is it that with all the talent, all the great minds in our party, we can't come up with one winning anti-slogan.

I mean, the GOP has been calling us Tax and Spend Liberals for decades now and we don't have one, not one catchy phrase to toss back at them...

Oh well, maybe it's because our base is diverse and we can't seem to agree on any one attack.

Gay Bashing, Women Hating, Environmental Bastards, War Mongering, Racists, Corporatists, in the pocket of Wall Street Etc, Etc, Etc....

I mean it just doesn't fit on a bumber sticker.

13. More like Borrow and Steal. ($23 billion in cash unaccounted for in Iraq)
Edited on Thu Jul-10-08 05:05 PM by Fly by night
I think lots of it is ending up in Williamson County, TN, the reddest county in the Orange State
(and, in a fit of irony, the county with the highest foreclosure rate).

Get yer McMansions here!! Five for a dollar!!
