3. I saw that. I don't know, other than to say Rasmussen is always on Faux, so who knows.

I believe that Rasmussen consistently under reports Obama by about 3 %

If you look at the state by state polls there really is a lot of consistency except Ras's Obama numbers are always down compared to the others.

21. Didn't he have Obama up by only 16% in IL?
I thought I saw a thread about that yesterday.

6. Yup. And this poll doesn't completely take in 3 days of the Gramm remarks.
I bet McCain's numbers will drop further.

17. Forget THOSE comments. Many people still think McCain is pro-choice!
And with his "girl" Carly Fiorina going out and spreading lies to women about McCain's position on choice, I hope the Dems. make SURE people get informed about his real stance on that issue and others.

of birth control coverage by insurance companies. But that didn't get any coverage. Nor did Carly Fiorina's comments that implied McCain is FOR such coverage. They'd rather show McCain as being a "straight shooter who was at a loss for words." :eyes:

Oh well. I guess they are trying to play up the "old" thing.

the back legs of the Donkey giving the Republicans a kick in the ass.

problem with GRAMM'S comments.

12. Oh, my. This news will no doubt upset many in the ...
...“Feet to the fire”/“Help, I'm being bullied!”/“Don't tase my GD-P grief, bro!”/“They're both the same”/“I'm having trouble holding my spite-slashed nose”/“Lemme get THISCLOSE to the tombstone line without goin' over it.” brigade.

And that's a good thing. :)

19. It's so hard to imagine
Obama not winning a landslide victory.
But I know that leads have vaporised before and there is never a time for complacency.
But still - McCain is such a weak candidate in so many ways. And Bushco is so bankrupt and the very general perception that GOP policies are not working, the need for change and the belief that the country is on the wrong track.

20. McCain is being helped big-time by the media. They're ignoring so many negative stories about
him, like when he talked down to the Veteran who questioned his record on Veterans' rights, when he claimed AGAIN to not recall his vote against insurance companies mandating birth control medication for women, etc.

...and by griefers all too willing to let him off the hook so that spite will prove them right.

Right in front of our faces. :(
