Landfills throughout the D.C. area will be hit hard due to amount of shredded documents generated in the closing days of the Bush presidency. Likewise, the demagnitization of the massive amounts of White House electronic media could very well have a deliterious effect. Perhaps we should have a NEPA study of the environmental impact of an Obama victory and the subsequent mass document destruction by the Bush administration.

From all the pollution generated by the destroyed documents. I guess if John McCain wins, at least we can take solace in the fact that the landfills will get a much needed break. Indeed, the rapid deletion of federal electronic files by the Bush administration in the event of an Obama win could very generate an eletromagnetic pulse that could paralyze travel into and out of the DC area.
