It seems to me that most of the articles presented at Real Clear Politics have a right wing slant
Maybe that is because the articles they present are a reflection of what the media has become, but from my perception most of the articles are from right wingers

1. Agreed I've noticed Real Distorted Politics has a lot of neocon articles.

They try to present themselves as even handed, but I find just the opposite
Of course faux also say they are "fair and balanced"

so maybe I have answered my own question

2. It's always been like that.
It's only their polling data that anyone takes seriously.

5. They take all the polls and average them out.
You'll see them referred to a lot during elections,as they were during the primaries. It's got nothing to do with the articles they print.

6. It's always been a right wing website, but I go there to check out polling info.

I don't think anyone here have ever mentioned it was a neutral website. Every time I visit that site, it's plaster with McCain advertisements (same as Rasmussen Report). I go there to check for latest polling number and other polling information. I do not go there to read any of their reported articles.
