17. How DARE you be outraged!...

It really gets my goat when people get outraged over such clearly non-outrageous issues.

I feel compelled to respond with this righteous rant to clarify what truly constitutes an outrageous issue. Don't try to deny your complete complicity in promoting a benign issue simply to inflame people who would otherwise be making s'mores, or something. You know exactly what you were doing.

It's just this sort of post that upsets me beyond measure -- needless, pointless outrage expressed for no other purpose than to prod the beehive of anger beneath the docile surface of otherwise mild-mannered people.

I'm normally much calmer, but this truly makes me mad.
