not particiapte in the talks. It makes no sense to me, but that's what I think (I was not payinh much attention) I heard on one of the morning shows. The listener will be Burns, and undersecretary of state for something or another (I do not remember, and have no time to check, but high in the hierarchy). I saw him recently in a Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing om Iran and he sounded smart and informed, and seemed to be truly respected by all the good minds in that committee.
