McCain speaking to NAACP to get the Moderate White Vote
not so much the Black Vote.
He figures if he talks to Black People,
White people won't feel so bad voting
for McCain instead of Obama.

I don't think that Obama's speech to the NAACP
was televised on any of the cable channels.
But McCain's is being broacasted in full.

Obama's got the headline that he was doing tough talk,
while McCain will get the headline of programs
that he is proposing.

Well Done John McCain and Corporate media!

1. CNN showed McCain's speech in full,
but cut away from Obama's speech 5 minutes in.

3. It's amazing when they say that the media is in the tank for Obama
I was disappointed when CNN cut away from Obama's speech. I turned to CSPAN and they picked it up towards the end. They at least played it again from the beginning.

4. Yes you may.
McCain gets his whole speech heard,
Obama gets a small piece.

Oh, but the media will monitor the rest
of Obama's speech, in case he says something
we need to know about. :eyes:

6. McCain speaking to the NAACP probably hurts him more than helps him.
Dubya refused to speak to the NAACP and the white "moderates" had no problem with it.

7. I Supose This is McCain's Version of
Dean's and Obama's push to campaign in red state areas. It's not a bad idea in principle, but I can't believe this will be effective.

9. Black folk know mclame and his ilk don't give a $hit about us....
he did it for show. I hope he was extremely uncomfortable doing it.

It's a joke and I'm sure they yaked it up real good when they planned the appearance and wrote that stupid lame speech.

Screw mcfart and screw the gop.
