McCain is trying to paint Obama as Bush's 3rd term according to Countdown
Is McCain insane and has anybody heard what the McCain campaign actually said?

But something that can NEVER be said about him (at least with a straight face) is that he is Bush's "heir apparent". I wonder what Bush thinks (to the extent that he actually does) about THAT assertion.
