I'd gladly walk a mile in this man's shoes.
In fact, I'm going to walk for him in my own shoes,
and most likely, more than a mile.

Those look well broken-in, but not all that comfortable, and my feet are wider than his.

11. I'm glad we've come far enough from Adlai Stevenson's famous similar picture
that our candidate is shown as one who "walks the walk" rather than one who is too shabby to occupy the highest office in the land.
