Obama's trip is set to receive major coverage
Here is a list of interviews that Obama will give while on this trip:

Sunday: Lara Logan of CBS will interview Obama in Afghanistan. This interview will be aired on "Face the Nation", "Evening News", "The Early Show", and the "CBS Evening News".

Tuesday: Katie Couric will interview Obama in a country that campaign does not want to be named. She will then anchor the "Evening News" from that country.

Wednesday: Charles Gibson of "World News" is scheduled for an Obama interview.

Thursday: Brian Williams of "NBC Nightly News" will interview Obama.

Note: Obama's trip to Afghanistan and Kuwait were a part of congressional delegation and therefore there are no pool of reporters with him at the moment.

That will change next week.

How much attention did McLame receive for his trip abroad?

1. McLame didn't invite the anchors and offer them interviews. Repubs are going to
cry about this but they were also not as smart as the Obama campaign. No surprise there.

2. And now he's whining about it.
I wish McCain's trip to the Baghdad market had gotten more coverage. Especially the part with the 100 soldiers guarding him and the attack helicopters over head.

Does McCain really really really want all that extra coverage?

I think not.

3. All McCain got was how he and Graham fleeced that street merchant
out of his rugs for $5 and laughed all the way home.

McCain is probably seething at this point.

Maybe he'll come unglued with the cameras rolling - the ultimate gift.
