When was it announced that Obama was going to visit Afghanistan first?

A friend claimed that he heard it on the radio on Friday afternoon, but I was reading DU Friday night and don't remember reading about anything other than McCain's claim that Obama was going to Iraq.

but my friend swears that he heard it on the radio on Friday afternoon, in fact he insists that he did. I think he may have heard that Obama was going to Afghanistan and Iraq, but not specifically when or in what order.
