I think Bush is so self-righteous that he wouldn't see the need for that. Furthermore, I don't think he likes McCain personally, and I would bet that he'd rather not see him in that office.

I doubt it. The fact is that the assets of Bushco, Cheneyco and everything Halliburton should be frozen until it's all sorted out. Followed by prison sentences for all the major players. Like we didn't already know it. I'm sure they have tried to destroy all they can, but they cannot get it all. I keep thinking that is what Pelosi and the dems are waiting for. Subpoena power, access, and the absence of presidential pardon powers are the advantages of waiting. If Rove was convicted now, he would just be pardoned, but if they wait until Bush is out of office, he is fair game....as are all of them! Even Scooter could be tried and convicted for other offenses.

Would not a group frog march be the best thing this country has ever seen? Bush, CHeney, Scooter, Rove, Card, Rice, and all the others, handcuffed standing in front of democratic justice official reading them their rights, or lack thereof because they have been deemed enemy combatants, to be incarcerated or renditioned in a place to be held secret, until such a time that we think they may actually deserve some kind of representation!
