He is dominating the news
This is just a headline, since most articles mention McCain as Obama's opponent.

A quick search of the news shows that in the past day, there have been 69,519 news headlines on Obama. For McCain, only 38,363 headlines in the past 24 hours. Over 30,000 less than Obama.

OUCH

1. And Lou Dobbs is pissed about it.
He had idiot Howie Kurtz on the other day and the two of them had a tsk-ing contest about it. Best quote from Howie: "The media is supposed to be fair..."

2. Not surprised, McCain is boring and sleepy ..Obama is exciting and new
Obama has to watch everything he says and does though. That could turn into 70,000 negatives if he gaffe's.

3. Yes, and dominating the news by ...
... being articulate, well-received, and delivering talking points that make sense.

Quite a change from garnering international headlines due to yet another gaffe, untruth, or an inexplicable urge to give a world leader a massage.

This kind of behavior is going to take some getting used to ...

4. He is dominating the polls, and the money race, and the electoral college, and is at least leading
in the national tracking polls. And McCain looks way older and more doddery than even Dole did in '96. And he never looks HAPPY. The suspense has been sucked out of our current presidential campaign -- thanks be to God!

Obama is on track to win. :)

5. You wouldn't know it to look at the New York Times, though.
Here is today's New York Times front page.

http://www.nytimes.com/

If you study the page closely, you will finally locate the word "Obama" in one small, insignificant, deceptive title. What is that title?

Comment Stings Maliki on Eve of Obama Visit

Notice, the focus of the story is not that Maliki endorsed Obama's withdrawal plan, or that in doing so, Maliki completely rejected McCain and Bush, and all their sycophants in media and congress.

Looking at this front page, one would not think anything important was going on with Obama, Afghanistan, and Iraq at this time. They might think that Maliki had screwed up, and that's the point.
