There are more dems registered to vote than reps. AND I know a lot of dems who have not registered yet because here, you can register on election day.

Did Kerry win or lose NH in 2004?

It was the only state that Gore lost but Kerry won. Sadly, it wasn't enough this time because of reapportionment. If Gore had only won NH he'd probably be president right now.

I said he'd probably STILL be president because he could have become president in 2000 but then lost his bid for reelection in 2004, which would mean he would not be president today.

You're right, Gore very well could have lost in 2004, especially had he won the same states (plus NH) he won in 2000.
