This is a third hand rumor, so make of it what you will.
Friend of my mom's has a nephew stationed in Kuwait. According to this fellow, there was some type of attempt on Obama when he was there.
Supposedly Kuwaiti nationals were behind it, and the military had "taken care of it".
Caveat Emptor...This may not be worth the electrons with which it's printed.
I'll see if I can get anything else on this.
