Senator Angry Old Prick must have gotten a phone call....
....from Shitstain Shoots-Guy-In-Face. The gist of the call probably sounded like this, "Listen you senile motherfucker, if you don't get your shit together I'll replace you with a piece of dog turd. It probably would stand a better chance of keeping it close than you do. Now be a good little puppet with my hand up your ass and attack that Muslim."

With spotlight on Obama, McCain steps up attacks

From Dana Bash
CNN
(CNN) -- As Sen. Barack Obama makes his headline-grabbing trip overseas, Sen. John McCain argued Tuesday that he's best equipped to make the tough calls at home and abroad.

McCain slammed Obama's position on Iraq during a town hall meeting in Rochester, New Hampshire.

"I had the courage and the judgment to say that I would rather lose a political campaign than lose a war. It seems to me that Sen. Obama would rather lose a war in order to win a political campaign," McCain said.

1. You don't get to win a war unless you get elected.
;)

4. Hey McCain, if it will help the war effort...
...why not concede the election now?

5. Like bush didn't attack Iraq to get reelected.
Because we all know republicans don't start wars for political campaigns.

Oh sure there were other goodies involved in attacking Iraq like OIL, Halliburton profits, Blackwater profits. But the war ensured bush got reelected in 2004, it gave him political capital, unlike his father, the bush didn't waste his political capital. And if that didn't work the bush could rig the vote count in Ohio.
