Mommy, mommy they're not being fair!
Repubs crying on every news show about Obama's overseas trip getting so much coverage, it's a big liberal conspiracy! Unbelievable. Like there's not valid reasons why it's major news. For all their over-use of the criticism towards Democrats, they really and truly are spoiled jealous whining crybabies. It makes them look damned weak, too.

1. But they pinned the term whiner on the American people first
Therefore it is not something anyone will ever pin on them.

2. I know...I actually kind of feel bad for the media on this one.
So much pressure to spend more time covering a man nobody wants to see. I wish McCain would do something interesting, be mavericky and start redefining the republican agenda or something so they would have something to cover, because as it is I know they are going to cave and we are going to be forced to watch McCain making 8 year old arguments on Iraq. I will then have to watch Animal planet.

4. The media is as easily led
as a tired old work horse. But I actually think it's good to squeeze in old tired McCain as contrast to a fresh inspirational Obama.
McSame has a desperate quality to him, he's on the defensive. The mavericky moments sneak through by accident. He doesn't seem authentic anymore.

6. You're probably right. But I wish the media would lead for once.
Embrace the possibility of a new mediaocracy where what we actually want to see counts for something. Hell, they could even put entertainment first. Then I could see McCain as I want to see him, running a general hospital and rejecting guff or something. ;)

5. By not covering McCain the media is doing him a huge favor.
If the media had covered McCain's gaffes over the last month he would be completely in the tank.
