Obama hasn't made any kind of major gaffe during his trip abroad- much to the MSM's dismay. The most they can get him for is he's "too presidential". Tough shit, MSM.

This trip was fraught with peril for him. The press has been salivating for any kind of fuck up on Obama's part, no matter how minor, that they could exploit. Virtually nothing for them to sink their teeth into.

In the end, I suspect this trip will enhance Obama's foreign policy creds.

Whatever else he is, Barack Obama is a politician with amazing skills.

1. He's pulling it off and the GOPers are green with envy; they are like spoiled little babies.
I find it quite interesting to watch their hysterics. :D

3. This is it:: Obama is too smart for them
In fact, he is smarter than all of them put together. He makes McCain look like the mediocre man he really is and there isn't anything anyone can say about it.

4. The Political Gods are blessing him for sure these days
From that perfect long range basketball shot with the troops to a congenial helicopter ride with General Petraeus to the Iraqi ministers practically waving "Change" signs, to King Abdullah giving him a ride to the airport (what DID they talk about) to the current reception in Israel with nice photos of Barak in a yarmulke at the Holocaust Memorial and meeting with the Palestinian officials he has been pitch perfect.

McCain, well he took a ride in a golf cart with Octagenarian Poppy Bush--who by the way--looks younger and more vital than McCain. He managed to give Iraq a non-existant border with Pakistan (ouch) and seems to be confused (to put it nicely) about the chronology of the Anbar Awakening and the Surge--despite CBS's best effort to protect his dignity.

Of course the Political Gods have been known to have a nasty sense of humor, let's hope they don't decide to turn their wrath on Obama.
