19. That's actually a really good picture of him there.

They touched it up perfectly. He looks old but not too old. They added color, and with the way they cut his head out he looks sort of like he's wearing one of those old school powdered wigs. They are trying to depict McCain on Mount Rushmore. Completely laughable premise but that's what they are selling. I'm going to make stickers of this. The message is hilarous.

I'd like to see one that says "Four More Years of Hell".
