19. Here's hoping we all look like that in a few months.
If he's elected, I might have to get a blanket and start camping out two months early for the inauguration route.

20. I can skip the inauguration. But not the rededication of the Lincoln Memorial on the Bicentennial.
Of Lincoln's birth, February 12, 2009. If there is one event in my life I will not miss, it is President Obama rededicating the Lincoln Memorial on that date.

I don't need to attend anything else, as much as I need to attend that event. I pray it happens.

Interesting site they have for the Bicentennial.

Man I'm glad it won't be Bush in charge for this one.

23. Because it's the Bicentennial of Lincoln's birth. Here's a link.
I have contacted them to get involved. If Obama wins and is president, February 12, 2009, will be a transformative date in American history.

And I will be there. Guaranteed.

Have you heard back yet, or are you just on their list?

And, if I'm camping out for two months between the election and inauguration day, what's another month to be there for that? :-)

32. That one's pretty good
but my personal favorite is from, I believe, the night he clinched the nomination in Minneapolis. He was engulfed by a crowd of all different races, genders, etc. and every single person radiated utter joy on their faces.

Anyone have it?
