McCain Win Would Confirm The Death of Democracy & Triumph of Corporate Thought Control
I listened to Obama's speech live, and was inspired by Obama's ability to make us feel connected with the world and the world connected with us. In less than 30 minutes, Obama outlined the issues confronting us throughout the world and discussed our shared responsibility to address these issues. This speech not only resonated with me, but apparently with people throughout the world.

However, the MSM will not rest. Immediately, they went on the attack with CBS snidely suggested that 200,000 was less than the 1 million allegedly predicted despite the fact that there was simply no room for 1 million people given that people were hanging from light poles to here Obama's speech. Then, when it became impossible to deny the success of the speech, the MSM repeated its prior theme that Americans will not appreciate a President who is well received abroad.

At home, both during and after Obama's speech, the MSM flooded the internet and air waves with polls suggesting that Obama was not trusted, and that he was risky on foreign affairs despite the success of his trip abroad and his ability to understand foreign affair issues that would confront him at home.

At home, McCain's errors and lies are either editted out or minimized as innocent little senior moments.

At home, the MSM had no choice but to show fairly pathetic pictures of McCain addressing an aisle of Dairy products while the GOP engaged in amateurish stunts such as holding tiny rallies in American cities named Berlin. Of course, after criticizing Obama for not taking a foriegn trip, the GOP hyporitically touted McCain's presense domestically, and the media continued to uncritically repeat GOP talking points, When the GOP complained about Obama's "citizen of the world" reference only KO was willing to point out that Ronald Reagan himself had use this tag when addressing the UN.

The scenes, Obama's words and McCain's lies should speak for themselves, yet the GOP controlled MSM continues to tell us what to think, and sadly many Americans continue to listen. Thus, is there any hope for Democracy when our media has become so corrupt such that Americans lose the ability to develop their own opinion. The degree of coordination by the MSM is incredible. The liberal media bias theme was aired almost simultaneously accress various network channels as if on cue. Perhaps democracy is now dead, the ability to think for ourselves is now ancient history, and a McCain victory in November will confirm the fears whispered on DU, that corporate media has overthrown the Democracy that we as Americans have long taken for granted.

2. We have turned over the counting of our votes to corporations,
criminal organizations whose crimes are well documented: Diebold, ES&S, Sequoia, etc. They have used uncertified software, lied about changes they would make or have made, flaunted elections laws probably in every state, etc. etc.

If it is at all possible, these criminal organizations will rig this election the way they rigged or tried to rig the elections in 02, 04 and 06.

I don't think even these organizations will be able to prevent Obama from winning if, as I believe will happen, there's a landslide.

But the vote WILL DEFINITELY BE MANIPULATED. There's no question about that. We just have to keep the brightest light possible on the issue from now to November and beyond and do everything possible to make sure it's a landslide.

3. You Don't Even Need To Get There - MSM Won't Allow An Obama Presidency
The attacks on Obama have been very consistent, as well as the remarkable degree to which John McCain continues to receive a free pass by the the press. McCain's foreign policy begins and ends with the surge, and the MSM does not call him on his statements early on that the invasion would be quick, and that the U.S. would be welcomed as liberators. Likewise, the press does not call McCain on his failure to challenge the Bush administration's firing of Gen. Shinseki who advocated several hundred thousand troops to stabalize Iraq. Only after the situation deteriorated did McCain call for the surge, which was announced after the Anbar awakening.

On oil, the MSM slavishly follows McCain's call for more oil drilling, then refuses to call McCain on his giving credit for the drop in oil prices to Bush due to psychology.

The lies repeated and spread by the MSM are incredible, yet who is going to call them on it? Most of the media is controlled by about 5 corporations. It is unavoidable to think what the MSM wants you to think, and most people do not have the time to do their own research.
