I'm confused.
First the media was obsessed about Obama crossing the commander in chief line. Than he went abroad and the media said he looked presidential and complained that somehow he was acting like the president elect. Now I just saw on MSNBC a preview for Matthews and he asked if Obama will cross the commander in chief line. I think I am confused.

2. They have never seen a really Presidential candidate before this.
and neither have we, not like this, IMHO.

They keep waiting for him to fuck up and he doesn't, he surpasses expectations.

They don't know what to do, it's entertaining to watch them try to make shit up that doesn't stick.

And John McCain only adds to the confusion, he's sooooo undignified.

3. Great post!
The last truly Presidential candidate I saw was JFK. I was pretty young, but he had that aura. Obama has it - that's for sure.

4. JFK/RFK....that's my memory too.
I was born in 57, so was pretty young for JFK. But I clearly remember RFK and the feeling of optimism and hope.

5. You really must filter their bullshit before consumption.
McLaughlin and his entire panel declared Obama's overseas trip was a huge success, in fact, FLAWLESS. Also in the endless guessing game of politics, it was estimated Obama boosted by this overseas trip will take the Jewish vote 2:1.

In your face, McSame.
