Why, Debra?

I'm really sorry, but you brought this upon yourself. After eight years of neo-fascist rule in America and six years of an illegal occupation of Iraq based on lies and reinforced by corruption and torture, you actually intend to vote for someone who's going to continue our national nightmare instead of working to end it? I've heard some Democrats start referring to you as a PUMA (Party Unity, My Ass) because of this.

I may have my own problems with Obama, and so do some of my neighbors who fervently supported Hillary Clinton in the primaries, but we all agree that Obama will be a much better President than McCain could ever hope to be. And I am fairly certain that if you could stand in front of Hillary, she would be very disappointed with your decision to vote for McCain.

Now that you've been stripped of your delegate credentials, you had best do some serious soul-searching to discover who you are and what is most important to you and those you hold dear before your fellow Democrats feel they can never trust you again. Please. Do it for yourself and your family. If not for them, do it for Hillary.

I just wish she used her brain before making such a rash decision, but maybe she can come back to the fold.

Since the e-mail address didn't work, I'm mailing the letter to her home on Monday. She'll have plenty of time to read it now that she doesn't have to pack her bags for Colorado.
