Someone was passing out PUMA flyers in Berlin
I snagged one from the ground on the way out (hence the poor paper quality) They were laying everywhere.

I wonder who was doing this, a real person, this Daniel Buchmann person (a Democrat?) or a baiting PUBE?? The guy's name is on the flyer. As is the website for PUMA Abroad: http://tinyurl.com/fdr1932

3. lol I hope they do try something at the convention.
It will backfire just like their little tantrum at the Rules and Bylaws Committee meeting. A Harriet Christian redux.

7. So wait, their whole reason for taking it to the convention is FDR?
Forgetting that FDR had more pledged delegates than his foes (like Obama) and was the favored after all the votes (like Obama)? Wouldn't that mean they should support Obama, since had FDR's campaign been overturned, it would have taken the pledged delegates away from his campaign and given them to someone who either didn't have any pledged delegates, or had less pledged delegates than Roosevelt? And wouldn't that ultimately be what they are suggesting happen to Obama?

In this reasoning, Obama is Roosevelt and Clinton is the "party" trying to take away FDR's chances by stripping his obvious delegate lead and giving the nomination to someone else who did not have more delegates than Roosevelt! Do they not even understand their own argument?

8. Google "Daniel Buchmann" and you get links to LaRouche
Printed at the bottom of the flyer, Daniel Buchmann. I've no idea if this is the printer or what, but I found the possible LaRouche connection curious.

snippet:
The French LaRouche Youth Movement is headed by Elodie Viennot. Viennot supported the candidacy of Daniel Buchmann for the position of mayor of Berlin."

13. Hillary has formally rejected and denounced PUMA, right?
I mean, she must have given the way she insisted Obama do so with Farrakhan, right?

""If the word 'reject' Senator Clinton feels is stronger than the word 'denounce,' then I'm happy to concede the point and I would reject and denounce."

:wtf:

15. This is what I think.
These are people that don't like Obama, for whatever reason.
And they are using this as a reason not to vote for him.

As a Hillary supporter, I had to let go. I first supported Obama when he became the Democratic Nominee cuz I am a Dem. Little did I know at that time that I would become a huge Obama supporter.
Hillary has asked her supporters to vote for Obama because he is close to her in her ideals.
Alot closer than she is to McCain. She has asked us to work to get him elected, to donate to his campaign. Most of her supporters have listened to and followed their candidate.

The people that don't want to vote for Obama won't and they have formed a group.

Whatever - that's their right.
