Yay...kudos to Sen. Clinton!

Clinton to Hit the Trail for Obama in August

Sunday, July 27th, 2008

http://www.observer.com/2008/politics/hillary-campaign-obama-august">The New York Senator says at a presser on FEMA trailers in Long Island Saturday that the Obama camp is dispatching her to “several” battleground states next month.

“I’m going to leave it to them to announce. I don’t want to in any way get ahead of them. But, you know, I’m doing whatever I’m asked and whatever I can.”

2. I think her People are out here leading the way in Health Care platform discussions.
They're the ones who are not letting us get cold feet about using the word "Universal".

Doing a good job of it too.

8. Our mid-town platform meeting was strong on Universal health care.

Sorry I can't tell you that I know them well enough to say whom they supported in the primaries. I was just surprised by their lack of "caution" on this, something that I have grown acustom to out in the burbs where there are many, many crossovers out and about.

4. Thrilled and the timing is just about right when I expected her
to be brought in to do some campaigning. Next I expect to hear about Bill in Sept or October doing the same.

6. Cool - With Obama Back In The US, I Was Wondering When We Would See Potential VPs in Action
I understand that a lot of attention was being paid to Obama directly while he was in Europe, but I was hoping to see some of these potential VPs in action. The key will be how do they perform under tough questioning as the media tries to magnify differences between the VP hopeful and Obama.

7. I'm definitely excited about Sen. Clinton hitting the campaign trail!
I don't know how McCain will handle her and Obama but I'm sure he'll try. And fail as he does with just about everything in life. Good times are to be had by all!

12. Good..this what we all need.
Wonder if PUMA will protest Hillary's speeches since she'll be stumping for Obama?
