Damned if he didn't....
McCain, Jeez.

Had Senator Obama visited the wounded troops in Germany we all know that the McCain campaign would have came out with the following talking point:

See? Look at Obama. He's willing to do anything to get elected. Even exploit our brave, wounded troops for political purposes. The Pentagon advised his campaign the not use the troops for that purpose. But he was arrogant enough to disregard their advice. Is there nothing this man won't do to sit in the Oval Office? Blah, blah, blah....

Instead, he pulled something else out of his ass. A declaration that if he was presented with a situation in which he himself would appear to exploit the troops for political purposes, he'd jump at the chance, and no one better stand in his way while he does it:

"if I had been told by the Pentagon that I couldn't visit those troops, and I was there and wanted to be there, I guarantee you, there would have been a seismic event." http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/25866166/

So instead of a level of judgment that is determined to take the high road, we see a "Maverick" who is determined to give us the same ole, same ole:

Go, John, GO! (Away)

3. war based economy.
Weapons sell. We dont really manufacture anything else, especially regarding infrastructure items. McCain needs war to support our economy. What else do we have? Service industry jobs? The only people able to afford leisure now are the uberclass. A war economy means the masses are cannon fodder, and born to serve. We are indentured to corporations.

Education, universal health insurance and individual rights promote thought and choice. The Neo-Cons know we simply cannot have that.

4. The Re-Pubic-Rats think that killing and death is the answer to
everything. 'Shock and Awe and Kill' That is the republican standard. Katrina? Answer? Death. Iraq? Answer? Death. America's Healthcare System? Answer? Death. Social Security System? Answer? Death. Constitution? Answer? Death.
Their creed is, 'Believe what we believe or you will die, or, we will kill you'.:dem:
