McCain attack is. Joe kept making inaccurate statements about the troop snubgate and Gibbs shot him down by correcting them.

I had to turn it off after only a couple of minutes of Morning Joe. In fact, the only reason I had it on in the first place was because it is Monday and Joe usually isn't there on Mondays. I just can't stand him!!

2. The Berlin trip was paid with campaign money unlike the delegation to Iraq etc.

Consequently the pentagon called it a campaign trip since that was how he got to Germany. Perfectly clear but Joe couldn't get it through his head because he is a terrible listener when it comes to a dem speaker.

an Obama staffer misheard the Pentagon official and Obama COULD have gone to visit the wounded troops. Is there any truth to that? What did Gibbs say?

8. It was pretty simple. If the trip is paid for by the campaign then Obama himself going

would have been attacked as visiting the troops on a campaign trip. That was Gibbs response paraphrased. Also that McCain's camp had two released prepared to go after Obama and put the troops in the middle.
