Does anyone feel like the VP pick might be a tad overwhelmed?
I mean, whoever it is will be joining a movement this country hasn't seen since Reagan--and this one isn't a crusade to rend the earth asunder and summon Beelzebub.

He or she will be scrutinized to the absolute nth degree, then when that's done the media will devote hours of airtime to WHY they are scrutinizing Obama's VP pick to the nth degree.

The VP has to worry how they will be received by Obama's supporters--because I know that while we are united behind Barack, we are pretty fractured in our choices for VP.

All in all, it's going to be one hell of a job--I think that's why it's taking so long for Obama to find one, and the one he does pick better be up to what's coming.

1. Yes--he needs to pick someone who is used to the national spotlight, who
knows how to fight, who has enough credibility to defend Obama. Biden, is what I'm sayin.

3. As if the media were constrained to criticize based on facts
if they can't find any dirt, they'll make it up.

5. Whether You Are For Her Or Not For VP
I think that you would have to say that Clinton would be the only one who would not be overwhelmed.

6. I don't think it will be that big of a deal
Many if not most Democrats are voting for Obama because he has a D by his name. Lots
of voter do not see him as the second coming or any other likeness other than a change.
