David Gregory: I watched MTP with someone yesterday, who said "I just don't find Obama impressive"
Edited on Mon Jul-28-08 05:34 PM by ErinBerin84
Lol...ok, David. Who was this "someone". Was it you? Was it Jack Welch? Joe Scarborough? He said the person said "You know, I just don't find Obama impressive. He does not sound passionate about anything." Passionate compared to who? McCain? It's fair to point that out, but it just seemed like a really random insert into the conversation, like "Some people say"..., without specifics.

Lame-o.
I've read that Gregory's stock has fallen abit at NBC, and he's essentially out of the running for the MTP job.

12. oh, for God's sakes. How irresponsible of Gregory, elevating "someone's"
remark to the level of a serious issue. WTF is going on ?
It's bad enough that we lost two excellent Democratic presidents, in 2000 and 2004, to biased and lazy reporting, voter indifference and fear, and election fraud. Now, once again, the Dems are about to nominate their third outstanding presidential candidate in three election cycles. This time, with our fellow citizens just emerging from their 28-year coma, with the multiple disasters of the last 8 horrific years pushing citizens finally to consider change as an option, I have hope that we might finally be able to pull this one off. But if our country -- including our corrupted MSM, broken political system, and fellow citizens -- blows THIS election, there is truly no hope for our country. Or at least I will have lost mine.

13. Speaking of that idiot's show.....is Smerch for Obama?
He seems genuinely pissed about McCain's ads. The look on his face when that other conservative dumbass said that they ads affect even though he has "two postgraduate degrees" was priceless.

16. I think he's for Obama...can anyone confirm?
I liked when he said "McCain should announce his VP later than sooner...WHAT ELSE DOES HE HAVE LEFT?", and when he noted that Novak's article failed to mention that McCain has a lower threshold than Obama that he cannot break in the polls.

I usually don't mute certain responses, but it was my first time watching in a while, so I muted Tony a couple of times. The look on Rachel's face when Tony was talking is so heartbreaking, haha. She just looks so tragic.
