We cannot tell a lie: Not even the president of the United States is exempt from being the subject of myth and urban legend. Take this quiz and sink your wooden teeth into some choice tales about our chief executives!

4. Cool and fun....check this out:
from the presidential myths link on the same page, question 8:

An American product label says, in French: "We are sorry that our president is an idiot. We did not vote for him."

Answer (true):

In addition to the usual laundering instructions, product labels on a number of laptop cases and totes were discovered to include this message in French:

Nous sommes desoles que notre president soit un idiot. Nous n'avons pas vote pour lui.

The bags, manufactured by Tom Bihn in Seattle, have labels in both English and French because the company's products are also sold internationally. According to Bihn, the company's founder and president, the hidden message started out as an inside joke among his staff, and is aimed at him, not the president of the United States. But, he added, "Clearly when you use the word 'idiot' and 'president' in the same sentence, people jump to other conclusions."

Sales of Tom Bihn bags have skyrocketed since the story broke in 2004, leading some to speculate that the labels were actually a marketing ploy. The company continues to offer bags with the controversial labels, and even sells a T-shirt with the label contents printed on the front.
