A timetable for withdrawal may be verboten, but isn't it okay to put forward a number that is the upper limit (in billions) of US dollars that will be spent to keep the US military in Iraq?
Let's see. Average per year of just 30 billion dollars over the full hundred year period. Could McCain settle for a maximum of three trillion dollars or is there a risk that three trillion would be unacceptably small?
