My Question for John McCain

Senator McCain,

If I were a federal employee in Pennsylvania I could obtain health insurance coverage for my family via the government for under $100 a month*. If the government didn't contribute, and I was responsible for the entire cost, I could still obtain coverage for under $300 a month. As it stands, because of preexisting conditions, and as a small business owner, to cover my family with simply catastrophic coverage and a high deductable would cost me over $1000 a month.

My question Mr. McCain is why are you opposed to letting people purchase health care through a governmental program just as you yourself do, since doing so would immediately save me over $700 a month, which I could use to reinvest in my company and in my family, and in our country?

Looking at those rates could make anyone with private insurance cry.
With this already in place for government employees, why should implementing universal health care be as hard as it's always made out it would be?
