Where's Obama's crack anti smear team?
If none of the dems are going to act as a surrogate for him then he needs to step up the effort himself. Most here know the MSM has caved to McCain's whining about not getting enough attention and they are giving him a total free pass and McCain doesn't need to spend one red cent to get his smears out there. Sorry folks but as much as we know what McCain is saying is bullshit the media is spreading it like wildfire and if Obama doesn't start acting we may be looking at a repeat of Kerry in '04

1. I've been wondering the same thing - they're WAY too quiet imo.

2. seriously, me too. Do they have Vikki Iseman in their back pocket for October or something?
It's odd. I remember that report a while ago that they were going to go after Carly's business dealings at HP as well. But I haven't heard anything about it/

3. didya ever try arguing fine points of doctrine with an enraged tg'd speedfreak at 3am in the Subway?
niggling, groundless attacks on hair splitting, out of context, semantical interpretations... with ambiguous, implied but unspoken allegations?

to quote teddy roosevelt

"it's like trying to nail currant jelly to the wall."

in other words, an exercise in despair

I wonder about these concern threads far more often than I worry about whether or not the National Obama Campaign knows what they're doing.

Our job is to register voters. When we knock on doors or call people... there are no Puma's yarfing from the sidelines

What they can't do at the national level, we CAN DO, right here in podunk.

4. I like your attitude man
Keep it going and keep it grass roots. It's just on a national level it's more about perception than anything else and as long as the MSM perpetuates McCain's currant jelly for even 10 seconds it pushes back on much of the work that those like you are doing on the ground. Thanks for your feedback and work too, many do appreciate that and I am sure Obama does as well.
