MSNBC: Mr. Arrogant vs. Mr. Negative. WTF? |
|
Did they ever refer to Junior as arrogant? I think not...
Fuck them.

2. You must have been watching Morning Schmo |
|
I stopped watching MSNoBodyCares months ago to prevent throwing something at my TV. I only watch KO now. They are so anti-Obama it makes me sick. And I stopped emailing them too, I am positive they just dump my email when they see it.
The simply are what they always were, FAUX light.

5. arrogant: having or showing feelings of unwarranted importance |
|
Is Obama's feeling "important" unwarranted? I think not. He does not meet the definition.

7. What amazes me about this word "arrogant" |
|
It is something the right wing admired practically, in * and for what they deemed should be our attitude to the rest of the world. It's a good trait, to a republican. They would be very harsh on a "humble" candidate. This will backfire. Americans are arrogant about being American - why should they hold "arrogance" against a President?
They would see humility as a weakness. So their hypocrisy knows no bounds.

9. I think it's code for "uppity" |
|
I know if Obama were a White guy, he'd be "assertive." What a crock of shit. Mika B. on Morning Joe is lame, but at least she derided a Repub operative the other day. He was "joking" that Obama should choose HI senator Akaka, saying more than once, Obama-kaka. Everyone in the studio guffawed but her. She made a disgusted noise, then said something like, "yeah, that's real hilarious."
It's not much, but it's something!
cheers,
Diane
