These are legal defenses being raised, because there is some talk of an investigation of the newspaper for printing the note. Another spokesperson for that same paper later said it had NOT gotten prior approval to print the prayer. The rabbi who did it already apologized. This story is simply not true.

What evidence do you have that the Obama campaign released his prayer to the media? The McCain campaign perhaps? Or Sean Hannity/Fox News?

And to further state that since Obama is not a Jew , his prayer isn't
