McCain just said about 10 false things about Obama, reading it all from a piece of paper

During the town hall meeting they just showed (part of) on MSNBC, McCain rattled off all these lies, from Obama being against every form of renewable energy to raising taxes on everybody to leaving Iraq by a certain date no matter what's happening on the ground. It was such a pathetic scene. He READ all of this while hardly taking his eyes off his notes the entire time. How could this guy even be CLOSE to Obama? I don't think he WILL be close once he's head-to-head with him in the debates.

people think town halls and debates are McCain's forte. Anything that involves speaking is never good for McCain.

Obama will handle it. He knows he's running against both McCain AND the media just like he was running against both Clinton AND the media in teh primaries.

It's like Mchelle says, Barack is always the underdog until he's in the White House.

I doubt if he's really that close poll-wise right now. I seriously don't trust the polls: Obama can fill a stadium at the drop of a hat, and McSurge can barely fill a medium-sized high school gym. Go figure!
