He can help us secure VA, and Obama just met with Kaine and his staff this morning at the Omni Hotel in Richmond. Kaine has also held meetings on what happens for an emergency line of succession. It also does not upset the Senate seats, so to speak. Remember, a sitting senator has not been elected POTUS since 1960, so Obama might not wanna select ANOTHER Senator.
I'm calling it for Kaine. Not that I would be pleased with ANY of the possibilities...including Hillary...who is twice the Democrat her detractors could ever hope to be. She also shares a 95% voting record with the nominee, so maybe some of the nay sayers can realize this ultimately reflects poorly on Obama, and kindly stfu.
