a Gustav tragedy will not rescue McSame & Token - We are stupid, but not that stupid. |

I've learned to never underestimate just how stupid American voters can be.
If they weren't that stupid, it would have been President Gore who spoke on Thursday, not former Vice President Gore.

We DID elect Gore. We had our votes canceled out by rich people.

That's the mistake Europe has made for hundreds of years.
We're a different culture. We take steps in different ways. There are benefits to that and drawbacks. We might have had a leftist takeover that took control of our nuclear arsenal and toasted the world. Would that be better? Thanks but I'll take our more careful approach.
