McCain would never drop Palin as his VP. He's not stooo... oh. Never mind |
|
Come to think of it, I guess that crazy fuck really is capable of choosing a VP on Thursday night, announcing her on Friday morning, retroactively vetting her over the weekend, and "accepting her resignation" on Monday.

4. I wouldn't be surprised if he's going through some decisions still over Palin. |

I hear he's a bit off to say the least over this reaction to Palin.

a really interesting question. What if the VP nominee quit, died, or was fired after the convention. Could the prez nominee appoint a new person without having the party nominate, and vote for them?
I heard today on CNN that because McCreep was taking federal funding the RNC was required to go through the paces of approving their rules, and voting on both the nominees for it to meet the legal requirements.

Can't do it. Would kill the campaign more certainly than having her on the ticket will/might.

They'll bank on having the corporate media run cover for her and rely on the fact that Democrats have proven inept at defining their opponents in the past- and even during this campaign in July & August.
For some reason that lots of us don't understand, they just can't or won't call a spade a spade.
I guess we'll see if the start in that direction we saw at the convention is a sustained offensive- or whether they'll backslide once again to their less than effective ways.
