That's just the way they were brought up.

Killing animals "because it's fun", having no regards for the future of splendid animals like wolves, and turning their backs on the environment is just in their blood because it's passed from generation to generation. I'm not talking about responsible hunters and outdoorsmen who want to PRESERVE the environment, just ignoramuses like Sarah Palin who think that God created the earth 6000 years ago ONLY for humans to enjoy.

But to have a "woman" like this as a VP candidate and possibly one heartbeat away from being President??? Give me a fucking break.

Not only should this despicable dumb-as-a-doorknob "woman" be withdrawn from the race, but McCain should withdraw from the race himself for proving once and for all that he scores a big fat ZERO when it comes to judgment.

1. Interesting that she's so opposed to abortion, yet clearly takes so much pleasure in killing animals

2. It's a fundie thing.
Animals were put here by their god for them to "have dominion over." Animals do not have souls.

It's very different from a native thing, in which animals provide sustenance (and much more) rather than sport and phallocentric ego boosting.

6. More like 1000 years. Or 2000.
Sarah Palin's ultra-conservative, fundamentalist christian ideology would take us back to nomadic tribalism, similar to the society in rural Pakistan that buries women alive for wanting to choose their husbands. (See LBN)

Under christian reconstructionism/dominionism, women are not people; they are chattel, like horses, cows, slaves.

Tansy Gold, who wishes she were kidding but isn't
