Biden heading for Broward County this week.
He will hold an event in Century Village.

Biden plans Broward visit this week

Joe Biden, the Democratic vice presidential nominee, plans a Florida campaign swing this week that will bring him to Broward County.

Leaders of the Deerfield Beach Democratic Club got word over the weekend that the U.S. senator from Delaware will be there.

The plan is for a rally at the main clubhouse at Century Village at noon on Tuesday.

Tickets, they've been told, will likely be distributed via the Internet. That's the favored method of the Obama campaign, which uses Internet signups as a way to build its database of e-mail addresses that can get campaign updates and fundraising pitches.

And Lincoln Chafee here this week as well.

Lincoln Chafee coming to Florida for Obama's campaign.

4. Fine I think. Many still remember 2000 and being called
Jews for Buchanan.

Many have never gotten over that. They knew they did not vote for Pat Buchanan.

People made fun of them over the butterfly ballots.

I think he will be well received.

I am surprised that kind of stuff is going on here. I am going to put every post like that on ignore right now.

It is about to crash the forum...very slowloading.

12. LOL
The sigs got taken off so we're moving faster now but can't hide threads so the best thing is just to kick the threads that are worthy and let the others sink. Sounds good anyway.

13. Yeah, they have to spread themselves pretty thin
as it is what with the corporate media helping their candidate mcain spread lies about Obama-Biden.

18. I think Biden should be very well-received here
Possibly even more than Obama himself, for the simple fact that Biden was not perceived as being involved in the delegate fiasco. There may still be lingering resentment towards Obama for what happened - justifiable or not (I say "not," personally, but...) - and Biden may be able to smooth over any hurt feelings and bring people on board. It's yet another smart move from the Obama campaign to gain support in what is a must-win state for McCain.

19. There is more than resentment toward both Dean and Obama
here still. It is because no one has told the truth about what happened.

This state broke the rules and then was used as a tool and manipulated. The media went along, and so did the Florida bloggers. They gave it all a nod a wink, and no one spoke out.
