Let's hope the Republican convention doesn't kill the bounce. Hopefully obama can start to pull away now.

8. Whether or not it means anything, it's a devastating blow to McTroopergate.
His people see their chances being pre-empted by nature, McWanderingEye, and Obama all at the same time.

9. CNN who usually used Gallup is instead using a poll that has them tied.
They have always used Gallop as their poll and instead are quoting some polling company I never heard of shich has them tied at 49 each. Hmmmm.....I wonder why?....

11. The poll that has it 49-48 for Obama is their own CNN poll.

15. With the +/- 2%, its probably closer to 52-41.
or more.

2,035 Adults in sample (from 300,000,000 citizens).

How do they know that it is actually a +/- 2% margin of error, when they are sampling only 0.0006783% of America?

Seems mathematically improbable.

16. I bet as more people watch Obama's speech on youtube and realize, at the same time,
McCain picked an unqualified person to be his VP, his lead will grow even more.

18. This poll is great but doesn't matter....
Neither do the ones showing McCain close. He isn't. The only polls that matter are those in Florida, Ohio, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Iowa, Michigan and Pennsylvania.

That's it.
