to change the topic of conversation from a strong, unified Dem party with a once-in-a-generation leader to absolutely anything else.

Just a meat headed attempt by the GOP not only to shore up their base but clinch a shedload of female voters, too.
Instead, it's made McCain look like the political equivalent of a messageboard joke character and caused everyone to take stock of just how markedly superior Obama looked last week. :rofl:
