Being a control freak, is a major part of the underlying dynamic when you have anger issues.

John McCain is not in control right now. He is not in control of the messaging surrounding
his veep pick. In fact, all media outlets are reporting that he really wanted to pick
Ridge or Lieberman, but the party promised a revolt on the convention floor, if he picked
either of those two.

McCain couldn't pick his own running mate, and now the person who Rove told him to pick--
is turning out to be a scandalous laughing stock.

He's most likely fit to be tied.

Remember, just a week ago--McCain didn't speak to the media for 9 days--because they had
the audacity to report on the "McCain doesn't know how many houses he has" issue.

This is a man who is hell bent on being in control--and right now, 'in control' is the
last thing he is.
