The evangelicals love her - for keeping the Down's baby. For having a daughter that's doing the right thing and getting married (ignoring the entire premarital sex is bad thing).

McCain needs them to come out, and his campaign is probably hoping that they will in numbers enough to offset those put off by all the crap that's coming out now. So far the Evangelicals are certainly focused on how great she is :eyes:

I think that they're totally underestimating how negatively all of this should play with the middle though.
