AIP Scandal Means HORRIBLE Week for the McCain camp and GOP
I may watch the GOP Convention just to see how Rethugs and the MSM try to spin the now mainstream news about Sarah Palin formerly being a member of the Alaska Independence Party (AIP). This week is supposed to be a positive week for the GOP...it looks like it's going to be possibly McCain's roughest. One that will make him look terrible at decision-making, and a complete fool for wanting a secessionist to be Vice-President.

Can you guys imagine the reaction if it was found out that Obama used to be a member of a Black Secessionist Party? It would be Rev. Wright on steroids. I'm beginning to HOPE McCain keeps her on the ticket. If he takes her off, or she drops it altogether...I'll be really upset. Because the news just doesn't get any better than this!! It's a lose-lose for McJoke anyway though. He has utterly failed his first test of being Commander-in-Chief.

1. I think she will be out by Wednesday but there is no telling
about McCain's stubborn arrogance. Either way as you said she is a gift that keeps on giving. Hopefully the media does not give up and will continue pressing the issue on her lack of vetting and her being under investigation. McCain has to look completely incomptent after the convention. He needs to play defense all week if possible.

4. The RNC delegates seem to love Palin though.
Talk about being in a bubble!

2. The RNC is between a rock and a hard place
They've got this convention, see, where they are supposed to place into nomination a candidate for Pres and for Vice Pres. Yet the candidate they have proposed is turning out to be friggin' radioactive. But there is just no friggin' time to change players. Or is there?

My guess is she is going to withdraw tomorrow.

Both have stories on their web sites.
