After Michelle Bachman Suggested That Carville Was Sexist For Criticizing Palin, Is Hillary Next?
On CNN today, Michelle Bachman responded to James Carville's criticisms of Michelle Bachman by attributing it to sexism. Carville responded by pointing out that he spent the last year arguing forcefully in favor of Hillary Clinton. This does make me wonder whether Hillary can actually safefly criticize Palin without being called sexist and hostile to women. Afterall, if Carville can be accused of being sexist for criticizing Palin, why not Hillary?

Who knew that Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachman would be the ones leading the feminist charge, and that feminism would encompass and anti-abortion, anti-contraception (birth control pills) slant? Worse, Hillary supporters who do not fall into line behind Palin will be called sexist! This reminds me of Clarence Thomas who after taking positions that are hostile to civil rights, accused his critics of being racist.

2. Carville was simply pointing out that the mayor of Bumfark Alaska
has absolutely no relevant experience to speak of.
And apparently the Republicans agree because they can't
come up with a single coherent answer.

3. Up becomes down, down becomes up. These people are masters and confusing
people and spinning things so fast it all almost becomes a bad dream.

4. her reaction seemed very canned...
"that is demeaning to women and I'm offended"...I'm afraid that is the way they are going to play this.

but I LOVED when Carville pulled out the photo of the city hall where Palin served as mayor...as he said, "it looks like a bait shop"..

hee hee!

5. If you stick to policy than sexism cannot enter into the discussion.
