Ed Schultz just went there |
|
First, he said that the Republicans have talked down to Dems about values for years (true), and then went to (paraphrasing) if she can't lead her family, how is Palin fit to be veep?
I'm not sure that was the way to go, but Ed said it, not Barack or Joe

|
when something happens in the Pub crowd that doesn't fit with your program, we're not ALLOwED to talk about it?!!!!"
Ed is a good Dem debator, and he did a great job with his comments!

We do have a good 24 hour station here. No Mike Malloy or Stephanie, though. So I use the net for those.
Btw, today Ed literally screamed at a caller when she took him to task over his being outspoken about Palin. He told her in no uncertain terms that this is a war for the presidency and the caller backed off. I never heard him like this before. I can say with confidence that he was at the top of his lungs at the caller. It shocked me. But this has all gotten too twilight zone for me. So this baby boomers says that Ed and others can go balls out as far as I'm concerned. :D

I only saw the last 20 minutes of the program, so I missed a lot of good stuff, evidently.

interesting that it's out there, though. the more the better. palin needs to step down so we can get back to real issues facing us all. she's a distraction we don't need. and she has her family to shepherd. can you even begin to imagine a family counseling session with the palins.

I've had many debates with Republicans, and one thing I've found is that (truly) they really don't see hypocrisy as a bad thing. So they fail to comprehend (again: truly) why they, as the party of "family values", take so much worse of a beating in the press over Foley/Haggard/Craig/Vitter than we do over McGreevy/Spitzer/Bill Clinton.
