Lieberman says you send John McCain, this race is a presidential race not a vp race. McCain is the real candidate of change which is why I have endorsed him and I trust John McCain to be able to deal with any of these crisis.

Of course that is about as far as it goes.

They asked him about having to walk back into the democratic caucus and he laughed and said you know how these things are and they are very cordial; indicating that the dems put up a big front because they have to but in the backrooms they are ok, everything is still the same, I have known these guys for a long time.
