I thought it was the DNC that was all in Chaos with the Hillary supporters out to cause havoc and disruption.
Instead Operation Chaos is the RNC convention.

It seems that they've been so busy trying to counter our ticket and convention that they forgot that they had their own convention and campaign to run.
